In the Taguchi Design WYSIWYG visual editor, you are given a drop-down select input that allows you to specify where to move the selected element. Using this you can have the test element moved above the element you select in the drop-down.

Be sure to preview this change since the current CSS associate with the test element may not work in the new position. If this is the case, then in the editor html tab, insert the CSS you need to create the look you are going for.
